KTH, the largest technical university in Sweden, selects MX-ONE™ to provide a unified communication environment.

MX-ONE™ was chosen due to the stability of the system, the seamless integration of mobile extensions and the support for parallel ringing. MX-ONE™ also offered the opportunity for KTH to reuse existing equipment. The favorable offer included disposal of the material in an environmentally sound way.

MX-ONE™ has enabled more flexible and unified communications across the university, and integration with Microsoft OCS gives users the opportunity to use any mobile, desk or soft phone. The system hardware has been refreshed and contact management tools are now in place, including a server-based exchange calendar and presence integration. KTH is currently running MX-ONE™ version 3.2.
