Aastra and its local partner worked closely with Taxi 020 to gain an understanding of the company’s needs. It was decided that the ideal solution for meeting the desired goals was the Aastra MX-ONE™ IP system together with Solidus eCare™ Multimedia Contact Center. In order to analyze the accessibility of the network and the infrastructure, 75 PC IP connections were installed along with VoIP Assessment. Taxi 020 was also offered an introduction for Mobile Extension.
